NEO is working with DMEA, an electric cooperative located in Delta and Montrose Counties, to build out it Gigabit Fiber to the Premise networks.  NEO wrote the grant application and coordinated all financing efforts for DMEA’s award of $2.2 Million in funding provided by the State of Colorado’s High Cost Support Mechanism.  The funding will build out much-needed broadband services in Paonia, Olathe and Happy Canyon near Montrose, Colorado.
