NEO completed a fiber optic inventory and master plan for fiber optics, and a FTTP network for the City of Arvada.  Our scope of work included providing the City with an inventory of the existing fiber, engagement with City departments to understand their future needs, community engagement and meetings with the key business leaders, existing service providers and infrastructure owners within the region.  We have conducted a preliminary design and engineering plan with estimated capital costs for many business models for consideration.  We are working with the City of Arvada to develop key partnerships to build out fiber facilities to key organizations within the community.  We have developed policies and ordinances to lower the costs of their fiber optic network construction.
